Occupation: Gun-for-Hire (and other assorted messy things)
Hair: Looks kinda orange to me...
Eyes: Blue
Skin: Pale
Likes: Fish, people who think like him, cleaning, close combat
Dislikes: His amnesia, asparagus and brussel sprouts, general dumbassery
Distinguising Physical Characteristics: Besides the fact that he's really fricken' tall, he keeps his left eye and left hand covered with eyepatch and glove because they're very badly scarred.
Weapons: He knows how to use most basic weapons, and has mad ninja-like reflexes. He's best at fist-fights, though.
Powers: He's got a crazy robotic eye that delivers nerve reactions he lost when he was scarred. When in a possible combat situation, it'll switch into overdrive and make him faster and stronger.
Personality: If there’s one word that can be used to describe Reach, it’s “mellow.” Usually the one to have a blank expression on his face, his reactions to most social situations are mild, at best. He isn’t exactly one of the “quiet types,” but just doesn’t find much worth in pointless chatter with people he isn’t close to. And he’s not one to easily open up to people. He’ll talk to people when he has to, but otherwise the most you’ll get are a few words back if he’s not interested.
However, if you manage to break the barrier and become friends with him, he gets a bit more expressive. Snarky-ness, facepalms, the occasional smile, and so on. If he gets into an argument or disagreement (or really, any kind of opposition of verbal nature) he’ll likely throw clever sarcasm at you. If you’re being an utter dumbass just to get on his nerves, he’ll probably throw a solid object at you. But he means to throw it in the nicest possible way.
If he enters a potential combat situation, his nifty robotic eye kicks in and his emotions react accordingly. He’ll become much more vibrant the closer he is to danger, but whether that’s because of adrenaline or stimuli or what have you, we may never know. He’ll smirk, exclaim things loudly, and make sure you know he’s there. Especially if he’s stuck being the decoy again. He shows little to no fear in a fight, and tends to dive right in and make it up as he goes.
Because of “the accident” as it’s referred to as, Reach often feels like he’s on odd-ends with people both mentally and physically. Sometimes he has trouble expressing complete thoughts in words, and has to put sentences together piece by piece. He also has a habit of staring off into space if he’s not busy with something. To some he may seem a bit brain-dead, but he’s actually terribly clever. He can put together facts and assumptions and make conclusions like cooks put together baking ingredients to make cakes. He can find connections that other people usually overlook, making him a genius detective of sorts. He’s especially good at picking up things with all five senses, instead of just his eyes like most people.
Occasionally he’ll go into a small swing of depression because, really, he can’t remember who he is. It frustrates him a great deal that he can remember a fact about a concert that occurred almost ten years ago but can’t remember his own real name. This depression isn’t very deep, though, and he can usually swing himself right back out of it by busying himself with something else.
He’s also a neat freak, but can’t handle money at all.
Random Facts: Far Reach has amnesia due to an accedent that he doesn't even remember. Thus the funny name he has is not his real name, along with a couple of other things that aren't his. His birthdate is the day he woke up in the hospital from his coma, and his age is actually the age of his best friend he decided to claim as well. He has to put something down when he's filling out forms.
